Description

There are many, many animals living in the Park and with no doubt deers are dominant here. During the roaring season, when autumn leaves turn into ancient red, adult males display strong calls similar to hoarse moos, that can be heard especially at night, sunrise and dusk; It’s really peculiar to visit the Park during the peak of the roaring period between September and October: it is an unforgettable experience to hear the impressive roar of a lot of red deers in the otherwise silence valleys!

Thick woods of conifers, crystal-clear torrents and lakes make the rest.

Tour programme

Day 1:

DAY 1: VERONA - VAL DI RABBI

Arrival at the airport and meeting with our English speaking guide. Private transfer heading to Val di Rabbi, with a stop in Rovereto for a Visit to MART, Modern Art Museum with its national and international artists' collection, followed by a visit to Depero museum, a one- of a kind futurism museum. Lunch at your leisure and continuation to Val di Rabbi, a beautiful valley immersed in the Stelvio National Park. Check in accommodation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2:

DAY 2: DEER BELLOW AND RELAX

Hotel breakfast. In the early morning (sunrise) excursion for the deer bellow, together with the Park guides. The excursion is entirely along mountain paths; it doesn't require special experiences, however mountain skills are recommended. Difference in height: about 250m. total lenght: about 5 km
Packed lunch and return at about 2 pm.
Relax time at the Thermal Spa centre (3 hours). Typical dinner with local products. Overnight.

Day 3:

DAY 3: DAY 3 PARK THERAPY AND SAENT WATERFALL

Hotel breakfast. Morning Park Therapy activity with assistant and visit to Saent waterfalls. The circular parth to Saent waterfall willtake us to one of the most beautiful spots of the western Trentino region, at the foor of white jumps of Rabbies stream; we are in the heart of the Stelvio National Park on the Ortles Cevedale mountain group. We will take on the difference in height at once, along a steep path with steps. Despite the path is a bit demanding, it's also recommended to families with kids (no strollers). Circular path, total difference in height about 270mt., total lenght 2,5 km.
